ASTR Clothing Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details (if applicable).

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within Ghana. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping (1–2 business days) – ¢50

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing).

International Shipping

• ASTR Clothing ships to select international destinations.

• International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries.

• Certain items may have shipping limitations due to size, weight, or regulations.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, ASTR Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

• Carrier-related delays or lost/stolen packages.

• Customs clearance or weather conditions.
